Gina Main - Consultant / Trainer |

Gina serves as a project leader for the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies’ Management Assistance Team. In her role, Gina provides consulting and training to state fish and wildlife member agencies in an array of areas including workforce planning, emotional intelligence, and organization development and change. Gina also participates in organization and programmatic effectiveness reviews for state fish and wildlife agencies upon the request of the Director. In addition, she helps facilitate the development and delivery of the online leadership courses and Conservation Leadership Program of Study available to all state fish and wildlife employees.
Gina helps staff and manage the National Conservation Leadership Institute, a seven month long, world-class experience helping to prepare extraordinary leaders for the future. The NCLI reaches across organizational boundaries to conservation and natural resource organizations, industries and tribes.
As part of the MAT team, she works closely with and staffs the Association of Leadership and Professional Development Committee and is a participant in the Education, Outreach, and Diversity Committee. Lastly, Gina is heavily involved in MAT’s and NCLI’s outreach efforts.
When not tethered to her desk, Gina enjoys traveling, cycling, hiking, and spending time with her husband and three children.
