It is the first of MAT’s special new webinar offerings with authors and other special guests. Margaret Wheatley, renowned author and consultant on organizational change, also serves on the faculty of the National Conservation Leadership Institute. Wheatley will share some interesting perspectives and ways to look at state fish and wildlife agencies as “self organizing” units facing unprecedented organizational change.
