MAT has two new face-to-face workshops for state fish and wildlife agencies.

One is titled, “Change Essentials” and is aimed at helping to turn resistance into valuable contribution by helping agency folks to see change differently and by developing four critical skills that help them see change coming, innovate to take advantage of it, recognize and avoid obstacles, and create a new outcome from change that brings them something better.

Another exciting new face-to-face workshop is titled “Managing Millennials” providing skills to manage a multi-generational workforce. Baby Boomers are moving from the driver’s seat into retirement and the generation with the numbers to take over the reins are the Millennials…these twenty-somethings are coming and they are different. 32 million Millennials have already entered the workforce and more are on the way.
