MAT now offers several of its leadership development courses online. What is online learning? For one, it IS NOT computer-based training. Rather, MAT has developed its courses using an interactive, instructor-led approach. These are challenging courses that are also fun and interesting. The courses are asynchronous, meaning you will not meet with your class at specific times. You work on your own schedule, from any location with an Internet accessible computer. Of course there are deadlines, and you will need to keep up with the weekly work in the class, but if you prefer to work at 3:00 p.m. or 3 a.m. it does not matter. The courses center around online discussions forums, so you will interact with your classmates.

MAT runs online courses on a quarterly basis. Courses start on the second Monday of each January, April, July, October. Individuals taking a MAT online course the first time are required to take the self-paced Student Online Tutorial which opens one week before the regular course. The tutorial takes about an hour and can be completed at any time before the regular course begins.
MAT webinars may not run concurrent with the online course schedule. Times and dates for each session will be posted on the product page for that particular webinar. The Management Assistance Team (MAT) only charges for fees directly paid by us to our vendors. These fees include, but are not limited to student technology fees from our vendor eCollege and copyrighted materials and/or books purchased for the participant that are required for the satisfactory completion of the course. Invoices will be emailed to students during the first week of the course. A participant may drop a course in which they are currently enrolled in on or before the first day of the student tutorial without charge. If you do not notify us before the drop deadline that you are withdrawing from a course you will be charged for all fees and materials. | |
